HOW TO PARTICIPATE AS AN ARTIST:

As we receive many emails from interested artists, we have created several documents to assist my team with the process. Though this is not a juried show, there are certain criteria I am looking for in order to participate. I have also created a Google Form that will gather the information needed to move forward with the process!

TO PROCEED:

FIRST: Please take a few moments to read through the ARTIST PARTICIPATION DOCUMENT. This should have all of the information you need and will answer many frequently asked questions. 

For a better understanding of the installation process and clarification of the criteria needed for the installation, please review the EXHIBIT DISPLAY document.

SECOND: Head over to the PARTICIPATION GOOGLE FORM and fill out all necessary information.

THIRDLY: Once we have read over your responses, you will be contacted by one of my team members to finalize our selections with the final Art/Artist Info Document which will be sent to you on April 1st 

*Please do not make any entry payments until we reach back out to you to approve your submissions.**

The deadline to enter is Monday, March 31, 2025.
​Please keep in mind, the deadline to pay the Participation Fee is April 1st through April 18th, 2025.
