 Joey Marsocci of Grymm Studios assists CORE and HGTV's Selling New York in selling one of NY's most unique apartments that was designed in the Steampunk/Dieselpunk style. Joey assists an agent in hosting a party to create buzz for this unique apartment to spark interest to potential buyers while educating agents on the subculture.
